DEFINTION OF ACTIVITY: The activity present on this website is to help individuals practice their pronunciation skills and the way in which individuals should pronounce specific words, which is aided through an activity that you click to here the sounds and you imitate what is being spoken and pronounced through the words. When the student hears the word they are to type the word they have head into the box given below. It's a very small activity, with only 3 words a student hears and answers the questions too.
LANGAUGE LEVEL: The level of this particular activity would mainly be aided to students of a beginner level to help them identify the words being spoken and to help them get used to hearing words which they don't understand and to be able to constantly hear the words over and over again to have a better understanding of the words being pronounced.
CONTENT:
The content of this activity is nicely placed and organised with the most minimal amount of activities given. What has intriged me most while searching for such activities is that it's very simple and also quite colourful in the sense that it has an aided audio for students to be able to hear constantly, even when they are individually working.
USEFUL FOR LESSON: As a future teacher, I would say that I would use this type of activity to lighten up the topic of pronunciation in the classroom environment. For instance, I would introduce the topic of pronunciation to students via using this exercise and then get them to do more activities and an in depth elaboration on this particular topic. Reason being is because such an activity gets the students become active and get them ready for the topic of pronuciation as a lesson.
